Return Policy

Ruchi Collection practices 30 days return policy on all it's products to provide best in class customer service experience to all it's customers.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please write to order.support@RuchiCollection.com to get the RMA details before returning the product. RMA will have the correct Return address where the product needs to be returned. Return sent to any other address will not be refunded.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
ORGANIZING A RETURN?
  1. To organize a return you must first get authorization from our customer service team, whose details can be found on our Contact Us page.
  2. Customer Service will send you a return confirmation and RMA (Returns Merchandising Authorization Number), allowing you to return the goods without complication.
  3. Every RMA has a expiry date (30 days from Product Delivery Date) Please ensure returns are delivered to Ruchi Collection Returns Department before RMA expiry to be eligible for a refund.
  4. For Furniture, please ensure all cartons are packed with 3 layers of packaging material like it was originally packed when shipped to you. Failure to do so, will lead to damage of product and your order will not qualify for refund.
Shipping
  1. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to Ruchi Collection.
  2. Returned product above $75 cost should have a valid tracking number and insurance.
  3. Customer is responsible for sharing the tracking number with Ruchi Collection once the product is shipped.
  4. Customer should return the product to the address mentioned in the RMA

Refunds

  1. Once return is received and inspected, customers are notified through email that return is received by Ruchi Collection.
  2. Any item returned in less than new condition will incur upto 60% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount at the discretion of Ruchi Collection.
  3. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days from the day received.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund after approval, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@RuchiCollection.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Damaged Item (if applicable)

  1. For product that arrived damaged or cannot be fixed with replacement parts, Ruchi Collection will pay for the replacement to be shipped if the damage, shortage or missed-shipment is properly signed for at the time of delivery.
  2. If damage, shortage or loss is not signed at the time of delivery, Ruchi Collection will not cover for replacement parts.
  3. Any damaged parts found while opening the cartons should be reported to Ruchi Collection within 72 hours of delivery. After expiry of 72 hours, it is assumed that product was received in good condition by customer.
  4. Ruchi Collection will provide free replacement parts for damaged items reported within 72 hours of delivery

** Ruchi Collection reserves the right to deduct anywhere between 30-90% of sale price if customer returns an item that does not qualify for general return.
