Customer service was great , and I love this sofa

The style, comfort, and quality of this sofa set are all spot on. It’s roomy but doesn’t feel too large, which is exactly what we wanted. The color is versatile, and it’s held up beautifully to daily use. We’ve had it for about four months and haven’t noticed any sagging or wear. It’s supportive, and the back cushions are perfectly filled—not too mushy. Honestly, it looks like something you'd see in a high-end catalog.

Nice sectional, i was afraid it was gonna be crunchy but its actually very comfortable. I got the light grey and it's beautiful, I like the color a lot. This sectional looks exactly like the photo. I like the option to customize the chaise direction and i got the left side which is according to my living room. I really like how easier is it too move each piece since it’s a modular sofa and the dimensions are accurate. Customer service is very very good they helped me a lot to select what is right for me. All in all, i like the sectional. Highly recommend.

I purchased the Relaxing U-Shaped Leather Sectional Sofa in light grey and overall, I’m really happy with how it turned out. The style is exactly as advertised — modern, sleek, and very space-conscious. It adds a polished look to the room without being overwhelming in size. Though it's more compact than expected — I’m 6’2” and my knees do extend over the edge when sitting upright. The backrest is lower than some other sofas, but the 7 adjustable headrests really help tailor the comfort level to your needs. Right out of the box, the seating is on the firmer side, but that’s actually a good thing for durability. I expect it will soften a bit with time and use, especially with the high-density foam filling. The white glove delivery with full assembly (worth every penny at $650) made setup totally stress-free. I also opted for the 5-year extended warranty for just $215, which gave me peace of mind with such a long-term investment. Love the features like the USB ports, cup holders, speaker system, and storage pockets — super functional for everyday lounging and movie nights. The metal legs give it a nice sturdy base, and the leather finish feels luxurious and easy to maintain. So perfect for every aspects.

Defective Return Process

If your order is damaged or dented during delivery:

Notify Ruchi Collection within 72 hours of delivery by emailing customercare@ruchicollection.com.

Include 5 or more photos/videos clearly showing:

Close-up of the damage.
Full view of the furniture.

Multiple photos/videos help us address the issue promptly.

If reported after 72 hours, Ruchi Collection (Lixra) reserves the right to refuse the return.

Resolution Steps:

Minor damages can often be repaired by professional furniture repair companies. Ruchi Collection partners with nationwide repair services and will schedule a repair/inspection within one week of damage reporting.

If the item cannot be repaired, replacement pieces will be provided within 2–12 weeks depending on customization.

If the design is discontinued or replacement is not possible, a mutually agreed refund will be issued.

Important: Unauthorized returns (those not meeting the above criteria) will incur a 45% restocking fee plus return shipping costs paid by the customer.

General Return Guidelines

Special Orders and Promotional Orders reported as damaged are eligible only for repair or replacement. If an exception is made for return, a 45% restocking fee will apply.

Customers are responsible for following the entire return process, including fees.

Returned orders arriving damaged or missing items will incur additional deductions from the refund.

Orders with open claims for delivery damage will be charged extra for any further issues during the return.

Refunds are issued only after inspection at our warehouse. Processing time: 7 business days after inspection.

Orders refused at delivery or canceled after shipping will incur:

20% return shipping fee
