Delivery Service Levels

At Ruchi Collection, we offer three convenient delivery options to suit your needs. Our delivery company will always schedule an appointment with you in advance to ensure you're available to receive your order.

1. Curbside Delivery (Standard)

Our most common delivery method. Your furniture boxes will be delivered to the curb—whether on your driveway, in front of your main door, or near your garage. You are responsible for bringing the boxes inside, unpacking, and assembling the furniture. Assembly instructions will be provided in advance by RC associates.

2. White Glove Delivery (Inside the House – No Assembly)
Your furniture will be delivered inside your home and placed in the room of your choice. However, unpacking and assembly will be your responsibility. Instructions will be provided before delivery. The delivery team will place the boxes inside but will not assemble the furniture.

3. White Glove Delivery (Inside the House – With Assembly)
Your furniture will be delivered inside your home and placed in the room of your choice. The delivery team will unpack, assemble the furniture, and remove packaging materials by placing them in your trash area or garage. Please note that the team does not carry debris away from your property—you will be responsible for its disposal. Assembly may be performed by the delivery company or a separate technician scheduled after delivery.
