Thrilled with this purchase

I couldn't be happier with this sofa set. The seats are spacious, the cushions are comfortable, and the overall construction feels incredibly sturdy. It arrived in perfect condition and was easy to set up. The color matched the photos exactly, which was a pleasant surprise. It has transformed my living room into a much more inviting space.

Quality is great and love the design

I was looking for a sofa set that combined comfort and durability, and this one delivered. The frame feels sturdy, the fabric is high quality, and the cushions are comfortable enough for long movie nights. It has become the focal point of my living room, and I'm very happy with the purchase.

This is amazing, I'm happy

We were skeptical about buying furniture online, but this sofa set turned out to be one of our best decisions. The quality is great, the assembly was a breeze, and it’s incredibly comfortable. It fits perfectly in our modest-sized living room and provides enough seating for company. The fabric is soft but durable, and the back cushions are supportive without being too stiff. It’s stylish, comfortable, and affordable—what more could you ask for?

Great value!

I bought this set to replace a similar one I have had for a number of years. I had priced similar sets at local furniture stores and found this to be a great value. I saved almost $2000 by getting this set. It arrived almost a week earlier than I was told and assembly was easy for one person. So far I am completely satisfied.

Luxurious and Worth Every Penny!

I recently purchased the Italian Velvet Fabric Sofa Set in brown and opted for the velvet fabric upgrade—it was an extra $300, but absolutely worth it! The texture is incredibly soft and adds a rich, elegant touch to my living room. The layout is perfect for any space—it comes with 2 one-seaters, 1 two-seater, and a three-seater, along with plush pillows that add both comfort and a decorative touch. Each piece feels well-crafted and solid, with a sleek metal base that enhances its modern Italian look. The Italian design really stands out, and I love that it's customizable to suit different preferences. If you're looking for a high-end, stylish sofa set, I highly recommend this one!

Resolution Steps:

Minor damages can often be repaired by professional furniture repair companies. Ruchi Collection partners with nationwide repair services and will schedule a repair/inspection within one week of damage reporting.

If the item cannot be repaired, replacement pieces will be provided within 2–12 weeks depending on customization.

Differences can occur because materials such as leather, metal, thread, marble, and wood may vary slightly from one manufacturing batch to another. The appearance of furniture that has already been in use may also differ somewhat from brand-new replacement parts due to normal aging and use.

If the design is discontinued or replacement is not possible, a mutually agreed refund will be issued.

Important: Unauthorized returns (those not meeting the above criteria) will incur a 45% restocking fee plus return shipping costs paid by the customer.
