Ruchi Collection offers a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all products, with the exception of Special Orders and Orders purchased on clearance or with promotional discounts, to provide the best possible customer service.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

It must be in the original packaging.

The return must be initiated and completed within 30 days of delivery.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Defective Return Process
If your order is damaged or dented during delivery:

Notify Ruchi Collection within 72 hours of delivery by emailing customercare@ruchicollection.com.

Include 5 or more photos/videos clearly showing:

Multiple photos/videos help us address the issue promptly.

If reported after 72 hours, Ruchi Collection (Lixra) reserves the right to refuse the return.
Resolution Steps:

Minor damages can often be repaired by professional furniture repair companies. Ruchi Collection partners with nationwide repair services and will schedule a repair/inspection within one week of damage reporting.

If the item cannot be repaired, replacement pieces will be provided within 2–12 weeks depending on customization.

If the design is discontinued or replacement is not possible, a mutually agreed refund will be issued.
Important: Unauthorized returns (those not meeting the above criteria) will incur a 45% restocking fee plus return shipping costs paid by the customer.
General Return Guidelines

Special Orders and Promotional Orders reported as damaged are eligible only for repair or replacement. If an exception is made for return, a 45% restocking fee will apply.

Customers are responsible for following the entire return process, including fees.

Returned orders arriving damaged or missing items will incur additional deductions from the refund.

Orders with open claims for delivery damage will be charged extra for any further issues during the return.

Refunds are issued only after inspection at our warehouse. Processing time: 7 business days after inspection.

Orders refused at delivery or canceled after shipping will incur:

White glove delivery service charges are non-refundable.
